Bookings and Calendar
We only accept bookings via our booking form below.
To book, please complete the booking form and email it to ilsingtonvhbookings@gmail.com.
To check hall availability, please view our diary below.
Please ensure you include set up and clear up time in your booking.
For longer weekend hires or regular bookings please enquire for hire rates.
The key for the hall is available from Ilsington Village Shop during opening hours which are subject to change & are outside of our control. Prior arrangements must be made at the time of booking if keys need to be collected outside shop opening hours.
Ilsington Village Shop is also our preferred supplier of food & beverages and offer a 10% discount for products on their Event Supply List to all hall hirers.
Booking information
There are no restrictions on the hire of the hall. It will be the hirers' responsibility to manage risk such as the wearing of face masks and ensuring good ventilation.
Please read the additional terms of hire to meet Covid-19 guidance. This is outlined on the booking form although this is subject to change at any time.
Booking Prices:
The main hall for £12 per hour.
The meeting room for £9 per hour.
The hall and meeting room for £20 per hour.
If you wish to cancel the booking before the date of the event and we are unable to conclude a replacement booking, we may, in our complete discretion, return the deposit or require payment of hiring and related fees.
